Regulation-First, DBT-Informed Groups for Real Life

These groups offer a structured supportive space to build emotional regulation, clarity and connection - without pressure, performance, or the need to "get it right."

Groups are non-clinical, educational, and skill based, grounded in nervous system science and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The focus is on helping the body settle so learning, refection, and meaningful change can actually occur.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF GROUP EXPERIENCE

Many people already understand WHY they feel overwhelmed, reactive or stuck- yet their body remains on high alert.

When the nervous system is activated, insight and skills do not integrate. Regulation creates the physiological conditions that allow learning, refection and change to hold.

A Regulation-Supportive Group Environment

I value group work held in regulation-supportive rooms because I consistently see deeper learning and integration when the nervous system settles.

For some groups, the environment may include the THE LIGHT SYSTEM ROOM.  The Light System room is used to to enhance focus, safety and skill integration not to replace discussion or connection.

This is not about about doing therapy or coaching "better."

It's about creating the conditions where skills can land in the body, not just the mind.

Relationships and Connection

This group is for people who want healthier, more connected relationship without losing themselves in the process.

This group may be helpful if you:

  • feel anxious, guarded or disconnected in relationships
  • struggle with boundaries or over-functioning

The focus is not on fixing yourself or your partner- but on building awareness, regulation and choice in how you show up in relationships.
