For your convenience, you can now schedule appointments online.

  1. Click on Appointments.
  2. Click where it says “Sign in” and fill in your email and password.
  3. The first time look down where it says “No account yet?” and click on “Create one now”.
  4. After that you can just Sign In, Submit and Schedule.
  5. For initial evaluation appointments, please COMPLETE ALL the forms (intake form, history of traumatic events and symptom checklist) located on the forms page. Please scan and email back to me at drlindaolson@gmail.com or you can fax them to my office at 404-257-0299
